I had come in looking for a cowgirl hat for a rodeo that I was going to an hour after I went in(I put the “pro” in “procrastinate”, I know) and they helped me find one that looked really good on me. I was also looking for a cute but relatively cheap top to go with my outfit and they helped me with that as well. Not only that but they were soooo nice and made me feel like I was shopping with my girl friends! They hyped me up in certain shirts that flattered my features and were honest about the ones that didn’t look so great. All in all, I’d give them 100/10 in customer service. They’re amazing and helped me put together a killer outfit! I really hope they see this. They need to know how awesome they are!

Came in to pick up an online order after work and the team there was very welcoming. They were great at making conversation & left us wanting to come back and shop there! I made the mistake of not catching their names but they are a Sweet crew & have great customer service if you ask me! :)

This review is specifically for Braden. My original visit was about 2 weeks earlier to buy 3 pairs of jeans. Unfortunately, they were out of my size. I then tried to order them from Buckle online, but the warehouse back east sent ALL 3 pairs incorrectly and the phone support person was less than helpful. I went back to the store and Braden actually remembered me (even though I didn't make a purchase previously). I explained what happened and he took probably 20 minutes of his time making sure I got exactly what I needed as far as fit and style. Most associates (in general) probably would have been like "here's what we have, let us know if we can help". Braden acted more like a concierge and felt like a friend. Thank you so much :) Just adding to this for another great experience. This time it was a young man named Hunter. He went above and beyond to help me find great fitting jeans. Thanks :)

We came here in a pinch to find a nice jacket for an event we were on our way to. I believe the lady that helped us was named Ella and she found a jacket in the back that worked out great. We were able to get back on the road so quickly! I appreciate the quick and efficient service! We will definitely be back again 😊 …

Let me start by saying I have not had any motivation to go out and shop for jeans for about 3 years, especially after having two babies and my anatomy changing I had absolutely zero desire to go search for any let alone try on any jeans. 9/8/24: My husband sent me out to go look for some jeans and we have always had excellent customer service at Buckle. My husband purchased all of his jeans and even shirts from Buckle. We usually visit the chandler location, but Gilbert is much closer to us, so I decided to check the Gilbert location out and I am very glad I did, as I was greeted by Anthony? I believe was his name. His customer service was top notch, I was so nervous and honestly didn’t have high hopes that I would find anything… I let him know what I was looking for and he immediately got to work on helping me find my true size and fit for the the brands I was interested in, and even showing me other brands. I don’t even think I lifted a finger, he grabbed all kinds of pairs for me and put the ones that didn’t work back. The best part of it all was how understanding and patient he was with me, he never once rushed me or got annoyed even thought we tried on what felt like more than 8 pairs to really pinpoint my size and the style I was going for. He made it a wonderful shopping experience, my husband and I will definitely be going back to the Gilbert location. Thank you for your kindness.

The manager Chris is always so kind and helpful and today we had Grace helping us shop and she was so helpful and friendly! Our favorite buckle location just for the people ❤️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! THE LADIES WERE SO SO SO SO SO NICE! I had to do a return and had my son with me! they were so accommodating and patient! The buckle staff at other locations are always so nice but this is my NEW FAVORITE!!! I will be going here for now on. Don't have to walk inside a mall just park outside this location and walk in. must go check out their inventory 👯‍♀️ I left with a couple beautiful shirts and AMAZING pair of jeans! 5 out of 5 in my book!
